  • Create effective forums and communications pathways involving a broad range of stakeholders and the general public in increased discussions of sustainability in the Pioneer Valley:
    • Bi-monthly meetings of sustainability professionals-all are welcome 8-11 am on 2nd Wednesday at locations rotating around Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties of western Mass

  • Advance a clear basic understanding of the concept of sustainability throughout the Pioneer Valley.

  • Facilitate a process to define comprehensive measures of sustainability for the Pioneer Valley. We hope the sustainability indicators will be used by members of the PVSN, and by other groups and organizations in the Pioneer Valley, to make better decisions.
